Last year I found myself sat under flickering strip lights, sipping lukewarm coffee, pretending I hadn’t outgrown the room I was in. My first taste of the traditional 9 to 5, because I had a panic about my pension lol. At first I was excited. New chapter, new people, new room with my name on it. But it didn’t take long before I felt the walls closing in.

I’d spent years supporting others, holding space, guiding healing, navigating trauma. And suddenly, I was reporting to a system that didn’t understand humans at all. Twelve hour days. No breaks. Unpaid overtime. Safeguarding issues swept under the rug. Chronic illness met with disbelief. And when grief knocked me sideways, HR responded with a meeting. Not compassion. That was the final straw.

I’ve lived with endometriosis since I was young, an invisible battle that demands energy, grace, and space to breathe. And I’m neurodivergent too. Endometriosis, my unwanted lifelong passenger. ADHD, the reason I can’t do boring. Combined? Let's just say your girl was running on fumes. ADHD means I move fast, feel deeply, and need more than spreadsheets and surface level chatter to stay lit up. A cage, no matter how “well” (pffft) paid, is still a cage. And my fire was fading.

Then I made a decision, and chose differently. Not because I had it all figured out... But because I had stronger reasons why, and I needed to get myself out of a space that served me no purpose and only benefited from my silence. I wanted time. To build my private psychotherapy practice (completely separate to my online business) with presence, and focus on building my own well-being retreats. To adventure with my dog Ivy, in nature. To go on trips and not think twice about the cost. To support my mum, who’s faced her own health battles with grit and grace. To one day retire her.

This is my utmost priority at the moment. This online business is a freedom reclaiming. A space where I get to integrate everything I know and bring elements of human behaviour, healing, and mindset into a whole new arena. Supporting others to think differently, live intentionally, and build something meaningful on their own terms through high ticket network affiliate marketing.

I don’t do gimmicks. I don’t do fluff. I’m honest. I have a fire burning within, and a deep belief that you get to choose again, no matter where you’re starting.
